Order Acceptance and Billing

All Billing information must be truthful and accurate. Providing otherwise constitutes a breach in this Agreement and may result in order cancellation. We may request additional information from you prior to accepting an order for the benefit of both parties. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment accounts) in the amount of the charge, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or other applicable payment accounts) in the amount of the charge. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

By confirming the purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s).

• The order is only valid for the product mentioned.
• Island wide delivery is available at an additional cost for specified products only.
• mytrust.lk management reserves the right to decide about the replacement of products for which there is no warranty.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, orders cannot be combined with any other gift certificates, vouchers or promotions.
• Orders cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

In the event of an error or mistake whether technical or human, mytrust.lk reserves the right to cancel any order placed by the customer at any time at its sole discretion and refund the payment back to the customer.

Neither mytrust.lk nor any member of mytrust.lk shall be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the performance of or use of Services available on the Website

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Once confirmation of a transaction is sent via email by mytrust.lk to the user orders cannot be canceled or goods returned unless a valid product usability issue . please note that we cannot accept returns based on change of mind

Any issue related to any product or service should be brought to the notice of mytrust.lk within 2 days of the purchase to discuss a solution

mytrust.lk management reserves the exclusive right to decide on refunding or replacing a product.

Paid ‘store pickup’ orders which are not collected within 90 days will be informed in writing by post , if still no response we may have to cancel that order after 180 days

Refunds

All refunds are processed within 7 working days by mytrust.lk. Further processing back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/ institution for which mytrust.lk cannot be held liable.

User Representation

Users represent and warrant that they are 18 years of age or older in order to enter into this Agreement and make any purchase of any deal provided by us.

Accurate Information

The user is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of registration. Users are responsible for ensuring that details are updated and current. In the event that a user does not provide correct and accurate information, the deal will not be processed.

mytrust.lk reserves the right to terminate a user membership at any time if a breach of these terms and conditions take place.

mytrust.lk collects user’s personal information for future marketing and promotional purposes only and will not share this information.

Register an Account

You may register an account on mytrust.lk. If you do create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Username and Password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. mytrust.lk reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account, refuse service to you or cancel orders.

We welcome your reviews and comments as long as the User Content submitted by you complies with these Terms and Conditions.
