How long will it take to get my Product ?

On average 5-7 Working Days . If you can inform us through our hotline that you require the product urgently we might be able to make an exception for you please bear in mind however that this will be dependent on external circumstances beyond our control . We Will do our best

Cancellations and refunds

Once confirmation of a transaction is sent via email by Mytrust.lk to the user orders cannot be cancelled or goods returned unless a valid product usability issue . please note that we cannot accept returns based on change of mind
